Vivek Kumar

Vivek Kumar (b.1985, Gaya, Bihar) completed his BFA and MFA in Sculpture from Faculty of Visual Arts, Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. He is the recipient of Junior fellowship by Ministry of Culture, Lalit Kala Akademi Scholarship, New Delhi, National Scholarship by Ministry of Culture, National Academy Award for 59thth National Exhibition of Art by Lalit Kala Akademi. He has also received awards from the 83rd All India Exhibition of Arts 2017 All India Art Exhibition, 86th Annual All India Art Exhibition, All India Fine Arts & Craft Society, 120th All India Annual Art Exhibition, Annual Art Exhibition by Banaras Hindu University and Sand Sculpture Symposium by Ram ChhatparShilp-Nyas. He has participated in several group shows and art camps. His works are in collection with private and institutional art collectors in India and overseas. Presently, He lives and works in Delhi.
